Ms. Medha Gujarathi - Director

Ms. Medha Gujarathi is the founder of Catalyst Capital Advisory, with more than 15 years of experience in Central and State Government Subsidy Consulting, Project Management and Corporate Finance. Previously, she has worked with the Investment Banking Divisions of Bajaj Capital, Knight Frank and handled Corporate Finance vertical of Infrastructure company.

She was leading a Project Finance team at GOI empanelled PMC - M/s Magus Consulting Pvt Ltd and has been instrumental in sanctioning various Industrial Infrastructure projects like Mega Food Park, Agro Cluster projects, Cold chains, Textile Parks, Logistics Parks on pan-India basis.

Till date, she has worked upon 100 plus Government Subsidy projects across sectors and has sanctioned subsidy worth Rs 1000 Cr.

Ms. Medha holds a post-graduate degree in Business Management with specialisation in Finance from Mumbai University. She has accomplished specialized certification in 'Private Equity & Venture Capital’ from Università Bocconi and SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milano, Italy.

She is also serving as a visiting faculty for Real Estate Project Feasibility and Real Estate Finance with Real Estate Management Institute (REMI), Mumbai.

Mr. Rahul Gujarathi - Director

Rahul comes with a corporate experience of 18+ years in Brand Management, Market Research, Strategic Planning. His last employment was with FCBUlka Group in Strategic Planning department where he had handled clients such as Mahindra Auto, Club Mahindra, Prabhat Dairy, Valvoline etc.

Mr. Chandrashekhar Prasad - Chief Advisor

He is a renowned State and Central Government Subsidy consultant with expertise in Package Scheme Of Incentives (PSI) under Industrial Policy of Govt. of Maharashtra to leading industries. He has distinguished exposure and over two decades of experience in Project Financing, Government Subsidies, Private Equity, Public Offering and Valuations advisory.

Mr. Parag Mehta - Chief Analyst

He has more than 10 years of experience in Deal Origination, Capital Raising, Entrepreneurship, Business Strategy, Investment Banking and Corporate Development. He has strong expertise in handling investments, raising of equity, debt and investor's/ institutional networks.
